Breaking News! Dollar General Stores Now Accepting Printable Coupons!
Yesterday Dollar General stores sent out a press release that announced that they are now accepting printable coupons!
GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn., April 09, 2010 – Dollar General (NYSE: DG) is making it even easier for customers to save money by accepting coupons printed from the internet. The discount retailer announced today that all of its stores now accept online coupons.
“Dollar General remains focused on providing customers with convenience and value,” said Todd Vasos, Dollar General’s chief merchandising officer. “We are pleased to welcome online coupons in our stores. We hope this will make it easier for our customers to save more time and money with their coupons at Dollar General.”
All Dollar General stores honor manufacturers’ and Dollar General store coupons that have been printed online. This is in addition to accepting manufacturers’ and store coupons from newspapers, magazines, direct mail and product packaging.
The best part…they now have their coupon acceptance policy posted right on their website! Print it out and take it with you!
One of my wishes for more stores is that they will post their coupon policy online so that us couponers can know the rules of the game before we play. Sometimes stores act like their coupon policy is some big secret, but it makes it hard for their customers. So TWO THUMBS UP Dollar General!
